My name is Angela Kayira, I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT). I specialize in yoga and mindfulness approaches for trauma, anxiety and depression. I provide one to one yoga therapy, public classes, and therapeutic groups. I also offer training for yoga teachers and service providers to increase awareness of trauma informed practice.
Many of us are drawn to the practice of yoga because we are seeking some
form of change. I deeply believe in the importance of mind/body approaches to wellness. Yoga and mindfulness reminds us of the wisdom held within as
pathways for empowerment and transformation.
