Yoga Sessions

I offer one on one yoga sessions, yoga classes and groups that combine yoga and mindfulness based practices.

Individual Sessions
One on one yoga sessions designed for your own unique needs. These sessions are a safe space to learn yoga and mindfulness tools for emotional, physical and spiritual well being. Our first session includes a 30 minute complimentary consultation. If you would like to book a private session please contact me directly for rates. Sliding scale options are available.

4 Week Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group for Women with Angela Kayira and Bridgid McGowan
In this 4 week group, we will explore the use of mindfulness and yoga based practices to alleviate the impacts of trauma. The format of the sessions will include facilitated group discussions on weekly topics, a led yoga class and guided mindfulness meditation.

Over the course of 4 weeks, we will explore:  
  • Practices to calm the nervous system and create present moment awareness
  • How trauma can impact the brain and common post-traumatic stress responses
  • Strategies to alleviate anxiety and depression
  • Self-care and self-compassion as a pathway to healing

As this is a therapeutic group, we will be contacting each interested participant by phone to talk about whether this might be a helpful group for you.
