In counselling, you an expect a safe and supportive environment to explore your own truths, skills and capacities as you are an expert in your own life. I integrate mind-body-spirit approaches to enhance self-awareness and the change process.

In our first session, I will ask you to share about what brings you to counselling and what you hope will be different in your life as a result of coming to therapy.
