needs. These sessions are a safe space to learn yoga and mindfulness tools for
emotional, physical and spiritual well being. Our first session includes a 30
minute complimentary consultation. If you would like to book a private session

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group for Women with Angela Kayira and Bridgid McGowan
In this 4 week group, we will explore
the use of mindfulness and yoga based practices to alleviate the impacts of
trauma. The format of the sessions will
include facilitated group discussions on weekly topics, a led yoga class and
guided mindfulness meditation.
